Millions of pounds more would be raised for charities just by giving people extra "nudges" into donating, a Government-backed report has found.
Making communication more personal, encouraging people to up-rate regular donations in line with inflation and even handing out sweets all have an impact, found research from the Cabinet Office Behavioural Insights Team in partnership with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) and Bristol University.
