All money raised will help the partnership reach its £10 million target to fund research into early diagnosis and detection.

Persimmon Homes Thames Valley has pledged to hold a series of fundraising events for the NSPCC’s ChildLine services during 2012.

Cabot Circus, Bristol has chosen the city's only adult hospice as its official Charity of the Year.

Royal Mail has chosen Prostate Cancer UK as its Charity of the Year, with the partnership to run from 2012 until mid-2014.
More than 36,000 employees (45% of their workforce) chose the charity, recently rebranded from the Prostate Cancer Charity, in a staff vote.

Lawyers at Irwin Mitchell’s London office have been running, baking and quizzing over the last year to raise funds for their Charity of the Year and the hard work has paid off after they raised £10,000 for the Maypole Project.

Local fiduciary firm Saffery Champness is to partner with children's cancer support charity CLIC Sargent. The partnership will involve Saffery staff helping with raising awareness and fund raising, both during and outside of work hours.
