LAYLA'S Trust has been named as the new local charity partner for Sainsbury's store in Cowes (Isle of Wight) for 2012/13. Store customers voted for the charity during May 2012 and the partnership will be launched at a Pink Day with collections on Saturday, July 14 2012.

RSPCA Campbell Clinic, Harold Hill is set to receive 12 months' worth of fundraising after shoppers at the local Sainsbury's Chadwell Heath supermarket chose it as their Charity of the Year.

Sainsbury's Morecambe chooses St John's Hospice. The hospice has been chosen as Sainsbury's new Local Charity partner for 2012/2013. The store asked Morecambe customers which local charity they should provide a year's support to back in May 2012. The partnership officially launched on 11th June 2012.

St Luke's Hospice has been unveiled as the Crystal Peaks, Sheffield branch of Sainsbury's Local Charity partner for a 2nd year.

The charity Loaves ‘n’ Fishes in Sandwell provides Furniture and Household items for people in desperate need has been chosen as Charity of the Year by Blackheath's Sainsbury's in the West Midlands.


Shoppers at Sainsbury's Hamilton have selected Action for Children as the store's charity of the year. The children's charity was nominated after customers were asked to vote for the organisation the store should provide support to in 2012/2013. The partnership officially kicked off on June 15th 2012 and shoppers can make a donation to Action for Children in store over the next 12 months.

The charity Breathe Easy has been chosen as Sainsbury’s new Local Charity partner Newport, Isle of Wight for 2012/2013. The announcement comes after the store asked their customers which local charity they should provide a year’s support to. Customers were able to vote for their favourite local charity between 9th and 23rd May 2012.

Liverpool ONE Foundation has recently renewed its partnership with The Brunswick Community Centre as Liverpool ONE's charity partner.

Vanilla Recruitment’s (in Market Harborough) local community is extremely important to them and actively support numerous charities in their local area, having one main sponsored charity each year. The search for their new Charity of the Year has again started.

THE Original Factory Shop is aiming to make a difference to Crieff (in Scotland) by choosing one local cause to be their Charity of the Year partner for 2012.
